Great pattern

The pattern has really easy to follow and clear instructions to make a lovely laundry bag. Helen was so helpful when I had a difficulty accessing the pattern download (my technical know how was the problem!) and persevered until I was able to receive the pattern, which I was really grateful for - such excellent service, especially as the pattern was free.
