General Shipping Information
Once you have placed your order, we will process it as quickly as possible.
We wrap our orders in strong brown paper or pack in cardboard boxes (wherever possible, we reuse packaging). We do not buy any new plastic packaging and any bubble wrap that you find in your order has been recycled from deliveries we have received from others.
A Click and Collect Service is available if you are nearby.
We post using Royal Mail 2nd Class for smaller items and a courier service for larger items such as lampshades, cushions and larger orders.

ORDERS TO THE EU
On December 13th 2024, The EU introduced new GPSR (General Product Safely Regualtions) legislation. This legislation is complex and costly for us to implement and is not something we can manage within such a short time frame. Therefore, we have taken the difficult decision to pause our shipping to all countries in the EU and Northern Ireland. We will continue to monitor this new legislation and we really hope that there will be better advice for small businesses like ours which will enable us to resume shipping to the EU and NI. We are so sorry not to be able to offer our products to our EU and NI customers and hope to get this situation resolved very soon.

*Please note that our delivery charges do not include any locally applied taxes, import duty or VAT that may be levied by your country (this applies to orders sent outside of the UK and over €150 in the EU ). Fees are dependable on the value of the product and any costs are the responsibility of the customer.
** US Delivery excludes lampshades and cushions
UK FREE Delivery - When there is an offer in place for free delivery, this will be sent using 2nd class Royal Mail.
